The town of Lliria is in the Camp de Turia region of Valencia, just 20 minutes North-West of Valencia City Centre.

With a population of over 20,000 it is the capital of the region and has all the amenities you would require; supermarkets, banks, shops, health centre, indoor pool & gym, restaurants and a great range of bars (both modern and traditional).

Liria and the Camp de Turia region, is itself in a fantastic location in relation to Valencia, and thanks to the CV-35 Highway which runs directly out of the City, can be reached within 20 minutes by car. The Valencia Underground system also runs to Liria, along with a full timetable of Bus services and Taxis.

The airport is just 20mins from the villa (perfect!) and the A7(Barcelona -Alicante) & A3 (Valencia-Madrid) motorways are 15/20mins from us.

Add to that the number of quality Golf Courses, the Mountains, the Beaches and all the local villages all within 30mins of Liria, there really is something for everyone.

About Our Liria Villa

You may have spotted an irregularity in our spelling? Nope, Lliria is also Liria, depending whether you're spelling it in Castellano or Valenciano.

The Villa is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached property on a 1000m2 fully
walled and gated plot, with a large swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
It has a fully fitted modern kitchen, another outdoor summer kitchen with
full electrics, a large lounge with dining area as well as a great downstairs chill-out lounge bar which opens out to the huge terrace.
The villa has mains water and electricity, and also a phoneline with ADSL.

The villa is situated in El Regalon Urbanisation, which contains various types of houses and residents. Many residents live here all year round, whilst some homes are used on the weekends and summer by Spanish families from Valencia and further afield.
The urb. is facilitated with a postal service, regular bin collections and a bus service (believe me, many many places around Lliria do not).
We back onto 2 streets (a driveway entrance and also a walk in entrance) and have neighbours to one side only. Across from the villa is parkland which will eventually become a tended park - it will not be built on.
It's pretty peaceful, once you're in the secluded gardens you could be forgiven for thinking you're miles from civilisation!
